How to Use

Apply, starting from the bottom of eyelashes to the tips, using small, horizontal zigzag movements until the desired effect is achieved. Do not let mascara dry in between coats. Gently sweep the mascara over lower lashes. Easily remove with Note Instant Bi-Phase Makeup Remover.
